INNOVECTIS markets know-how of Goethe University in accordance with the IPR-policy of Goethe University.

Exploitation of patents and other IP rights includes licensing or transfer of IP to established companies or to a company founded by the inventors (spin-off).

INNOVECTIS develops an exploitation strategy together with the inventors, supports the search for commercial partners and negotiates the conditions for exploitation contracts.

In case of revenues from the exploitation of inventions, the inventors receive a remuneration according to the German Employee Inventions Act (30% of licensing income).

Often, further development of new technologies is necessary before successful commercialization. Therefore, INNOVECTIS also supports the search for fundings to further develop projects.
