Technology

This technology improves light-sheet fluorescence microscopy for high-throughput 3D imaging of biological samples without compromising image quality.

Its novel sampling device works with standard multi-well plates and uses a customized geometry with excitation and detection below the sample to enable faster, more efficient imaging.

Applications

-The platform is designed for screening and imaging biological samples such as organoids, spheroids, embryos, and tissue samples.

-It is especially well suited for component screening and other workflows that require fast, reliable 3D imaging of many samples in parallel.

Technology stage

-A prototype of the invention has already been designed and tested.
